We know your fur baby is truly one of a kind — and we’re here to help you turn that love into something special and lasting. Here’s how our custom process works, step by step:

Step 1: Pick Your Style

Start by choosing the product style you’d like to customize right on the product page — whether it’s a sweet portrait in a frame or a full-body sculpture. Pick the one that feels just right for you and your pet, then go ahead and place your order.🐶🐱✨

Step 2: Tell Us About Your Fur Baby

After your order is placed, you’ll receive an automatic email with a link to our Customization Request Form. This is where you can tell us your special ideas—such as:

🔸 Preferred eye style, facial expression, or emotional vibe

🔸 Any unique features (e.g., tongue out, curled ears, special markings)

🔸 A short story or personality traits (optional, but always appreciated)

📸 Photo Submission Tips:

To ensure we capture the most accurate details, please prepare 3–5 high-quality photos before filling out the form:

✅ For portrait/frame styles:

  • At least one clear front-facing photo
  • One color reference photo (due to lighting variations, this helps ensure color accuracy)

✅ For portrait/frame styles:

  • One front-facing photo
  • One top-down view
  • Side views (both sides)
  • A reference photo of the desired pose for the final piece

The clearer our photo and description, the more closely we can capture your beloved pet’s unique charm.

Step 3: Confirmation & Production Schedule

Within 48 hours of receiving your completed form, we’ll send a confirmation email that includes:

✔️ Our interpretation and understanding of your custom request

✔️ An estimated completion timeline

Please take a moment to review everything — once you give us the thumbs up, we’ll officially begin creating your one-of-a-kind piece!

Step 4: Progress Preview & Final Approval

  • When your piece is about 80% done, we’ll send you some preview photos or a short video so you can see how things are coming along. If anything feels a bit off, don’t worry — just let us know and we’ll do our best to make adjustments.
  • Once it’s 100% finished, you’ll get another look before we send it off for good. ❤️

We totally understand that ideas might evolve along the way, and we’ll try our best to keep up. But big changes — like switching colors, poses, or expressions — may not be possible once we’re further along.

Step 5: Shipping & Sharing Rewards

Once your fur baby’s piece is shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details.
